Our apartments do not have a permanent reception service. Keys are collected contactlessly from a coded key box.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM.

• Please check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Parking

Free parking is available on Jiráskova Street in front of the Museum of Dollhouses, Dolls, and Toys. Additional parking is located on Jiráskova Street in front of the Piarist college, but these spaces are subject to a city fee.

Arrival and Information Delivery

Before your arrival, we will send you all the necessary information about your accommodation, key collection, and convenient arrival. We kindly ask you not to forget to check in and fill in your details.

Keys

You will find your keys in the box marked ‘Chateau Apartments’ on the wooden gate on Jiráskova Street, opposite the Museum of Dollhouses, Dolls, and Toys. The code will be sent to you before your arrival.

Apartment Entrance

The entrance to the apartments is located in the brewery building in the first chateau courtyard. By holding your access card to the reader, you will unlock the door and proceed up the stairs to the glass door, behind which are the entrances to the individual apartments. Hold your card to the reader at the glass door as well. You can find a little help under the link here.
